The Agrarian Database Management System is a centralized digital platform designed to support national-level harvest forecasting by managing countrywide data on paddy fields, farmers, farmer organizations, irrigation details, and crop information. The system enables officers across different administrative levels to capture, maintain, review, and analyze field-level agricultural data, helping authorities generate accurate reports and make informed decisions on paddy production, harvest expectations, irrigation planning, and resource management. By consolidating fragmented agrarian records into a structured digital environment, the platform improves data visibility, reporting accuracy, and coordination across multiple levels of agricultural administration.

The Challenge

  • The client required a reliable system to manage large volumes of agrarian and paddy cultivation data from across the country and transform that information into meaningful harvest forecasts and operational reports. Previously, information related to farmers, paddy lands, irrigation, farmer organizations, and crop activities was difficult to consolidate, validate, and analyze efficiently.
