Built as an Android mobile application, the solution combines traditional farming knowledge with modern data-driven decision support, helping farmers make better operational and commercial decisions. The platform connects farmers with CIC agronomists, subject specialists, dealers, and regional offices, transforming the application into an interactive advisory ecosystem rather than a one-way information channel.

The Challenge

  • CIC Group required a scalable digital platform to engage farmers across Sri Lanka and provide them with practical, timely, and accessible agricultural support. Farmers often relied on fragmented information sources, delayed advisory access, and limited visibility into weather, market prices, crop care practices, and disease management guidance.
